ARTWORK

My “Hybrides”, are mixed-media bones sculptures.

My art is primarily inspired by the cycle of life-death-life, as explored by the ethno-clinical psychoanalyst Clarissa Pinkola Estès, author of Women Who Run with the Wolves (1992). My “Hybrides” are also nurtured by books from Graham Harvey, English religious studies scholar, specialises in modern Paganism, indigenous religions and animism.

A sculpture resembling a bird or dinosaur head made from natural materials like wood, moss, and leaves, with prominent antler-like horns.
A decorative arrangement of a piece of weathered wood with a tuft of light brown hair and a small gold-colored ornament.
Taxidermy bird with feathers, beak, and eye details, mounted on a stand.
A gold circular artifact on a dark stone base, featuring an open ring with a textured surface in the center, attached to an irregularly shaped frame with black cords, displayed against a plain wall.
